Refund and Returns Policy

At australia-tv.com.au, we want to ensure that You are 100% happy with your purchase. Since we provide digital IPTV subscriptions, the following policy applies:

1. Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer You a full refund or exchange.

Because our Service consists of Downloadable Software and Digital Streaming Access, the “unused” condition refers to the non-activation of the subscription code or M3U link.

2. Non-Returnable Items

As a digital service provider, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Activated IPTV Subscriptions (once the service has been used/streamed).

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software/apps already installed and activated.

3. Refund Process

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Technical Issues: Before requesting a refund, we encourage You to contact our support team to resolve any buffering or setup issues.

  • Inspection: Once we verify that the subscription has been deactivated or was not functional due to our error, we will notify You of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If You haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your bank/credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this, please contact us at contact@australia-tv.com.au.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, Sale items (discounted subscriptions) cannot be refunded unless they are non-functional.

6. Exchanges

We only replace/reset subscription links if they are defective or damaged (e.g., login failure). If You need to troubleshoot your access, please email us at contact@australia-tv.com.au.

7. Digital Delivery (No Shipping)

Since australia-tv.com.au provides digital products, there are no shipping costs or physical addresses involved in the return process. All returns and deactivations are handled digitally.
